Good News about Preventing Falls from ElderImpact

For many seniors, the fear of falling is a constant source of stress.

Unfortunately, this anxiety isn’t unfounded. In fact, one in three seniors over the age of 65 falls each year (1). These accidents can result in fractured bones, broken skin, and even traumatic head injuries.

The good news is that there are many things seniors and their caregivers can do to prevent tragedy. Our mission at ElderImpact is to help ease some of the stress seniors face so they can enjoy every moment of life. That’s why we put together the following list of resources for fall prevention education.
